2021.11.01

1. Applicable objects

International express: applicable to a small amount of goods, generally refers to packages below 20KG, and the critical point of international air transportation is 45KG.

International air transport: suitable for large quantities of goods, generally greater than 45 kg, international air transport grades are based on different grades of 45KG/100KG/300KG/500KG/1000KG.

2. Delivery method

International express: door-to-door transportation, a single standard quotation, including all miscellaneous expenses.

International air transport: In general, international air transport is an "airport to airport" service. Both the pickup at the origin and the delivery at the destination have the international freight forwarding company's own network to arrange the extended services of the front and the end.

3. Service content

International Express: It is a standardized service, and we undertake door-to-door business based on our own products.

International air transportation: It is a customized service. International freight forwarders choose air transportation solutions and quotations based on the business needs of customers, and arrange front and end extended services according to customer needs, so as to achieve door-to-door international air transportation.

4. Billing method

International express: charge according to the standard freight rate, the minimum charge weight of the package is 0.5 kg, and the package is charged at 0.5 kg if it is less than 0.5 kg.

International air transportation: Usually the minimum chargeable weight is 45 kg, and if it is less than 45 kg, it is calculated as 45 kg (depending on the grade). For goods with air parts less than 45 kg, M or N price will be applied-M price is the minimum freight price (Mini Charge), that is, the minimum charge standard; N price is more than M price and lower than +46Kg freight price The freight price at the time of day.

5. Shipping time limit

International Express: Normally (aircraft flights are normal, customs clearance of the destination country is successful, and delivery is normal), 3-4 days to the door quickly, 5-8 days in a remote area.

International air transport: If the flight is normal and the space arrangement is smooth, if it is a direct flight, it will arrive within one day; if it is a transfer, it will usually arrive within 2-4 days. Of course, the time for customs declaration at the airport of departure and customs clearance at the destination airport on air operations may also be extended.

6. Documents

International express delivery: usually you need to fill in the international express delivery form, if it is general trade goods, you need to provide commercial invoices and customs declaration forms, and special goods need to provide other supporting documents.

International air transportation: usually need to provide export declaration documents and random documents (if any). The random documents are generally invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin (used for customs clearance at the port of destination). Because the bulk cargo of 45 kilograms or more is generally carried by air, the customs declaration must be based on the cargo.

Note: International air transport requires formal customs declaration for each ticket, while international express delivery can be divided into documents, parcels, samples, general trade goods, etc.

International air transport needs to provide proxy declaration, packing list, invoice, etc., and can only declare customs as general trade goods or commercial samples.

7. Tracking method

International express: You can use the international express tracking number to check and track on the official website of the international express company.

International air transport: use the waybill number (MAWB No.) to track and inquire on the airline's official website.

8. Method of claim

International Express: When dispatching, if the recipient finds that the packaging is damaged, the goods are missing, etc., they can refuse the visa. Within one month from the date when the agent company picks up the package from the shipper, feedback or submit a claim in writing to the shipper and the express agency company of the destination country.

International air transportation: If the cargo is damaged or the cargo is inconsistent, the carrier should be held accountable first. Compensation should be made in accordance with the provisions of the Warsaw Convention, that is, compensation should be made in accordance with the terms on the back of the ordinary air waybill and house air waybill. Generally speaking, according to the weight of the goods, the maximum compensation should be US$20 per kilogram.
